So excited to finally be able to get these images on here.  Let me tell you, these kids are TALENTED!  There were many times throughout that I had to remind myself that these are students just a few years in to their talent, and not real rock stars.  Seriously. I am very excited for the video and recording to come out.  You all should support our local young talent and buy one! Thank you Dustin for letting me be a part, and thanks for all of the other volunteers who spent hours of their time to support this great act. Looking forward to next year! Enjoy.

Dustin Blatnik is a local guitar hero, known for his role in local bands Doxology and BGP, as well as many other ventures and competitions.  So, lucky for a lot of youth in the area, he is also a guitar teacher. This is the second guitar "recital" that I have been to of his.  I say "recital" because typically when I think of that word, I think of dresses and Dockers, a piano, and someones living room.  This is so not the case with Dustin.  Held in Tacoma's Champions Centre's youth building, the stadium seating and stage lighting would make you think you were here to see a major band.
